2. How much does shipping cost?

You can enjoy free shipping on orders Over $60 or more (Free Product is not included). Otherwise, it costs US$6 (0kg-1kg), US$12 (1kg-2kg), US$18 (2kg-3kg), US$24 (3kg-4kg or more).

If you need express shipping, you could choose it at checkout, which costs US$29.99 (0kg-1kg), US$39.99 (1kg-2kg), US$49.99 (2kg-3kg), US$69.99 (3kg-4kg), US$89.99 (4kg and above).

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances) ,Processing Time: 3-5 business days.

Premium Shipping Time: 7-20 business days

Express Shipping Time(DHL): 6-8 business days

PS. For orders to South America and the Russian Federation, shipping may take more than 1 month due to transport and customs issues.All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 3-5 business days,excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11PM Shang Hai Standard Time may not be processed for shipping until the following next morning.

4. How can I track my order?

5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact@mail.evoosense.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.

6. Order Confirmation

Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.

7. Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipping. Items marked with "Ships in 24 hours" are instock items which will be shipped on the next business day. Other items may take 3-5 business days for processing. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.

8.Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, letting you know your items have left our warehouse. Details about the items contained in the shipment as well as a tracking number are included in the email.

To track your package, simply click the link provided. Please note that sometiomes it takes the shipping company 1-2 business days to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immmediately. If your order has multiple items, they may be split into different packages shipped on different days. You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation for each shipment. 

9. Day of Delivery

On the day your package will be delivered, an SMS notification will be sent to you to let you know your delivery is on its way to you.

10.Missed Delivery

If you are not available to receive your shipment, you can contact your carrier to reschedule a delivery.

11.A Note On Customs Duties
 
Evoosense does not add any taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. The order total you see on the checkout page (i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost) is what you pay to us. However, for international shipment, the recipient is responsible for all the customs charges by his/her country. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
 
Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the shipment goes through Customs in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand your liability.
 
All duties and taxes levied are your (the buyers) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the buyer's government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.
 
Evoosense shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.

If your goods are being destroyed by the customs, both you(buyer) and I(seller) bear half the loss. If the goods are returned to us from the customs due to some factors, we will confirm with you how to deal with the problem. We can rearrange shipping for you or make the refund to your Paypal account.
