Refund policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at Evoosense. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at evoosense.com constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The shipping cost was used in the delivery process by Evoosense. If you need to return the goods for a refund, customer needs to pay for the shipping cost for return.

Refunds (if applicable)

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:
Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
If you paid by PayPal, the refund is available in 3-5 business days.

If you have received a defective or damaged product,please contact us at contact@mail.evoosense.com with an image with the defective or damaged product.After we confirm the facts, we will accept the returned goods and provide you with a refund.Or you can choose to provide you with a product re-delivery.

If you received the product without defects or damage, but you want a refund because you have changed your purchase intention, please contact us at contact@mail.evoosense.com and return the product. Due to the return by your personal reasons, the postage will be paid by you.We will provide you with a refund after confirming receipt of the package


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@mail.evoosense.com.
